Stacy Paluscio, has been enjoying a successful career in real estate since 2006 & working in partnership with Courtney & her sister Darcy. She has been a long time Arizona resident and loves living with her husband and family in the natural desert beauty of the Cave Creek/Carefree Area. She has a great working knowledge of the homes & communities in this North Scottsdale/Carefree area. Stacy works full time at successfully helping her clients & their referrals find that perfect home or market their home to attract a qualified buyer.

Courtney comes to us by way of Bainbridge Island, WA where she spent the majority of her professional career focused on corporate strategic event management for several high tech firms. She has a BA degree from Marietta College and she has been married to her husband Eric for 30 years. She has 3 children–1 in college at Northern Arizona University and 1 who attends high school in the Cave Creek district. In her real estate career as a broker with Bainbridge Homes she enjoyed working with clients on the staging and design aspects of their homes. Over the past 10 years, Courtney has been involved with horse and donkey rescues in Cave Creek.

Darcy Whalen is an invaluable asset to our team, having obtained her real estate license in 2010. She assists with the management of contracts/listings, produces marketing material, and showing our homes listed for sale.  She earned her degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Business College at the University of Arizona. She has been a proud resident of the Valley of the Sun since 1981, with a deep-rooted connection to the Carefree/Cave Creek area. Darcy takes pride in raising her two adult children, both thriving in Phoenix. Her daughter recently graduated from Arizona State University, while her son is a newlywed and a proud alumnus of Grand Canyon University.
